Does it work with my report software?
GradeCharter has been tested with the major report writing tools. It works today with Spectora, Home Inspector Pro (HIP), and Horizon, and testing with ScribeWare is underway. Most other tools that export a PDF should work too. We are still building out support, and as we receive reports from more tools we add them to the tested list. How long does an audit take?
Most reports finish in about two minutes, including photo review.
Will the same report always get the same score?
Not always. The scoring rules are deterministic, but findings are identified by AI, and AI is not perfect. The same report can vary by a few points between runs, which can occasionally move a report across a letter grade line. Treat the grade as a strong guide and review the findings.
Does GradeCharter replace my own review?
No. It gives you or your lead inspector a fast, consistent first pass so your review time goes to judgment calls instead of hunting for typos and missing items. GradeCharter uses AI and can make mistakes, so findings should always be reviewed.
